Custom order questions
How early should I send a custom request?
Three to five days ahead for theme cakes and one to two weeks for tiered cakes or bulk gifting. For something urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best.
How is the price decided?
By weight, flavour, how detailed the design is (fondant work, toppers, tiers) and the delivery location. You get a clear quote before paying anything.
Can a custom cake be eggless?
Yes. Choose your egg preference in the form and we will confirm what works for your design.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes — tell us the quantity, budget per box and the date, and we will suggest options.
